  • Selective sending: Choose specifically to which workers each document is sent.

Time Laboris includes a mailbox where the company can send various types of documents to its employees organised by folders, such as:

At the same time, the company has the possibility to create new folders, organising them according to its needs.

Organisation and filters

All documents sent are stored in corresponding folders. The platform allows you to organise the documents by filters by type (payroll, contracts), by date (year and month) or even by a specific employee or work centre, thus facilitating the search and administration of the documents.

Location within a document

The pages linked to each employee.

In a document, such as a PDF containing the pay slips of all employees, the one that belongs to each employee, extracting the corresponding pages from the document and incorporating them into the employee's profile.
